THE EXPERIENCE

What is PURSUIT?

PURSUIT is a three-day leadership retreat built for people who are done sitting in lecture halls waiting to be told who to become. Set in the pine forests of Changla Gali, it pulls 100 of Pakistan’s most driven university students out of their comfort zones and into the kind of experiences that actually change you.

This isn’t a conference. There’s no stage you sit in front of for six hours. PURSUIT puts you inside the challenge; navigating wilderness, leading teams, sitting in honest conversation around a fire, and doing the hard, quiet work of figuring out who you are and what you’re here to do.

We built PURSUIT on a single conviction: leadership is a practice, not a title. And the only way to practice it is to live it - for three days, in the mountains, with 99 other people just as hungry as you.

3 Days fully immersive, fully intentional

WHAT YOU’LL DO

3 Days. Zero Filler.

Every hour of PURSUIT is designed with intention. From the moment you arrive to the last night around the bonfire, here’s what the retreat looks like:

2151058915.jpg

Expert Speaker Sessions

Intimate conversations with Pakistan’s leading thinkers, practitioners, and changemakers on leadership, purpose, and navigating the real world. These aren’t keynotes, they’re dialogues.

296429.jpg

Wilderness Expedition

A signature outdoor challenge designed to stress-test your instincts. Real terrain, real decisions, real stakes. Expert facilitators guide you through scenarios that demand leadership under pressure, not the textbook kind.

2150061995 (1).jpg

Team Challenges

Structured group problem-solving that reveals how you operate when it matters; who steps up, who listens, who falls apart, and who surprises everyone, including themselves.

5481.jpg

Yoga & Meditation

Morning rituals to ground you in the mountains. Daily yoga and guided meditation aren’t filler, they’re the reset that lets everything else land.

2150636536.jpg

Guided Journaling

Structured reflection prompts that help you process what you’re experiencing and translate it into clarity. You’ll leave knowing yourself better than when you arrived.

4369.jpg

Bonfires & Late Nights

Karaoke nights, open-sky conversations, unstructured time to actually connect. Some of PURSUIT’s most defining moments happen after the formal sessions end.

63806.jpg

Leadership Pledge

The retreat closes with every participant making a personal, public commitment to action, grounded in what they’ve discovered about themselves over the three days.

2150293556.jpg

Shared Living

Meals together, mornings together, challenges together. The 100 strangers who arrive on Day 1 leave as a network, the kind built on something real.

MAKE THE DECISION

Why You Should Actually Be There

You already know that leadership retreats exist. Here’s why PURSUIT is the one worth three days of your summer.

01

You’ll do things that most people your age never do

Wilderness expeditions, real leadership scenarios, guided reflection. PURSUIT is the experience that separates the people who talk about growth from the people who actually pursue it.

02

The network is genuinely irreplaceable

100 high-drive university students from across Pakistan, spending three days in the mountains together. The relationships you build here carry forward in ways a LinkedIn connection never will.

03

You’ll leave with clarity. Not just certificates

Most programs give you knowledge. PURSUIT gives you a mirror. You’ll leave knowing what you stand for, where you’re going, and what you’re prepared to do about it.

04

It’s three days in the mountains with people worth knowing

The pine forests of Changla Gali. Crisp air. No noise. Stars at night. PURSUIT is one of the most beautiful excuses you’ll ever have to step away from your screen and actually be somewhere.

05

Spots are limited and the people who wait, miss it

100 participants. That’s it. Once those seats are filled, PURSUIT 2026 is closed. This is the kind of thing you’ll regret not applying for.
