To support students in making a smooth transition from academia to the professional world, we launched the Youth Marathon Drive, a flagship initiative aimed at empowering university students with career readiness skills. The drive was conducted across leading higher education institutions, including:

• UET Peshawar

• CECOS University

• Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar

• Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan (AWKUM)

 

Through interactive sessions, workshops, and panel discussions, students were trained in key areas such as career planning, leadership, communication, workplace ethics, and critical thinking, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the demands of the modern workforce.

Recognizing the pivotal role of educators in shaping future generations, Consultreat initiated a large-scale Capacity Building Program for the faculty and leadership of Peshawar Model Schools.
Over 700+ participants, including teachers, principals, executive members, and directors, benefited from targeted training sessions that focused on:

• Pedagogical best practices

• Emotional intelligence and classroom management

• School leadership and governance

• Inclusive education and 21st-century teaching methodologies

 

This initiative aimed to enhance institutional performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the school network.

In collaboration with Oxford University Press (OUP), Consultreat conducted a series of teacher training and professional development workshops. These sessions were designed to promote educational excellence by:

• Updating teaching techniques in line with international standards

• Strengthening subject matter expertise

• Encouraging reflective practices among teachers

• Supporting the holistic well-being of educators
