A cornerstone of our women’s empowerment initiatives, Parwan-e-Khanum collaborates with us to provide education and skill development programs, creating opportunities for women to thrive.

Parwan-e-Khanum Welfare Organization (PK-WO) is a registered female welfare organization and the women’s wing of Consultreat Pvt. Ltd. Established in 2018 and formally registered in 2020, PK-WO is dedicated to empowering women and girls in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) through education, skill development, and economic opportunities. The organization envisions a future where women drive sustainable development and social change, with a mission to equip them with the tools needed for personal and professional growth.

Consultreat Pvt Ltd works as a supportive partner with Parwan-e- khanum. Consultreat proudly supports PK-WO's core values, i.e., Gender Equality, Empowerment, Education, Inclusivity, and Community Engagement, by providing administrative, logistical, and strategic assistance to amplify their initiatives. Together, we work to create equitable opportunities and transformative impact for women and girls in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and beyond.

Women in Entrepreneurship

  • Business workshops, networking events, and competitions to support female entrepreneurs.

  • EBIC (Entrepreneurship Business Idea Competition) is a dedicated initiative aimed at empowering and supporting female entrepreneurs by providing them with a platform to connect, collaborate, and cultivate their business ideas. The event is designed to foster entrepreneurial growth, build confidence, and create meaningful networking opportunities for women in business.

Scholarships

  • Merit and need-based scholarships SVEA Dagmar Scholarship Program for female students, covering tuition fees, career counseling, and language courses.

Skills-Based Workshops

  • Training in crafts (e.g., candle making, flower crafting), career counseling, and vocational skills.

Recreational & Networking Activities

  • Female-only events, cultural showcases Rang Barsay, and heritage promotions.

Financial Literacy

  • Workshops on financial inclusion, banking, and microfinance for women.

Female Education

  • Advocacy for literacy, scholarships, and vocational training to ensure access to quality education.

Economic Empowerment

  • Mentorship, business development support, and platforms to showcase products (e.g., handmade jewelry, baked goods).

Health & Well-being

  • Awareness campaigns (e.g., breast cancer screenings) and mental health workshops.

Confidence Building and Financial Literacy

  • Programs focusing on self-confidence, time management, financial literacy and goal-setting for the females of the region.

Promotion of Fine & Digital Arts

  • Art exhibitions, digital art courses, and cultural events to foster creativity.
